MDEQ EZSet EDD (Electronic Data Deliverables)

KAR Laboratories, Inc. can provide laboratory data in the "EZSet" format specified in the July 5, 2007 RRD Operational Memorandum No. 2 "Sampling and Analysis - Attachment 1" with very little effort and at no additional cost using our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), providing that certain requirements are met:

The request for the EDD should precede sample analysis. Because the EZSet data requirements include lab information that we do not normally report, clients are asked to please remember to request the EDD before samples are analyzed. We can still help if the request is received after samples are analyzed, but automation is lost and the information must be retrieved manually and at existing laboratory rates.

To meet MDEQ requirements, certain information must be included for every sample. Don’t forget to include sample date and sample time.
