unusable due to our error, the analysis will be free. This includes lost
samples, exceeded holding times and measurement or reporting errors at our
facility. Large or unusual projects may require additional time, and we will
attempt to notify you within 1 business day of sample receipt when more than
10 business days are needed for testing. This warranty does not apply if the
work is being performed under a written contract. KAR will make the final
determination regarding warranty claims. KAR does not accept responsibility
for sample collection techniques, sample handling or delivery not performed
by us, and disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied.
